Due to the nature of our healing journals and faith-based tools, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery by emailing yes@shesoepic.com. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the damaged item

• A brief description of the issue
